Its funny how we all live in pretense. A mere show without reality. A mere character without potraying much reality. A mere situation without any reality. All of us fixing masks onto our delicate,emotion-visible faces. Non-verbal communication? You can say so. Sorry if I am bringing in certain words that I have learnt during my course so far. Anyway!

Its a pity how we hide things or simply push aside situations that we have yet to overcome. It only becomes an unsolved puzzle. How can one live with something holding them down, chained to their ankles causing much difficult to move on with life. Everytime you choose to abandon something, it will definitely haunt you down. Be it a small situation which had been decided to be thrown aside or a huge situation which had been decided to be covered up in blankets. No matter how much you hide it, no matter how much you try your best to put on that mask of yours.. it will always,always manage to emerge to the surface. Best example? Someone murders a person, throws them into the sea. What will happen to this body as time passes? It will float up to the surface and be seen. There you go.

Theres no point in hiding whatever that is in your heart/mind because I learnt and I am still learning that bottling up your emotions is really not a good way to manage a problem. I have done that countless of times - bottling up. Collecting all this negativity and storing it. However one day, I will just simply BURST and BREAK into thousands of pieces and the effect is much more worst.

Hence, instead of trying to hide something.. it is said to be best talking about it. No matter how small it is, as long as it makes you unhappy.. TALK about it. Talking is the best way to solve situations and I hope it will help certain people whom I love very very much right now.
